These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WP Triage (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
WP Triage provides WordPress risk scoring and prioritisation. It reports on known issues based on the metadata your connected sites supply. It is a decision-support tool and does not guarantee detection of every vulnerability or prevention of any security incident.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Site limits apply per plan tier. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 30 days of your initial subscription charge from the account email, and we will issue a full refund of that initial charge.
After the 30-day guarantee window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We strive to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Triage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a security incident on a monitored site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
