Existing tools surface mountains of data but rarely answer the only question that matters — what should I fix first?
WP Triage monitors the WordPress sites you manage, matches their installed components against known vulnerabilities, and produces a single, actionable output per site: a risk score from 0 to 100, your top three issues, and a recommended fix order.
It is intentionally narrow. WP Triage is not a backup tool, a page builder, or a full management dashboard. It is a prioritisation engine — built to cut through noise and tell you where to spend your time.
A lightweight WordPress plugin reports each site's plugins, themes, PHP version, and WordPress version on a daily schedule. Our risk engine matches those components against vulnerability data, scores each site, and alerts you only when something genuinely matters — a critical vulnerability or a sudden drop in score.
We do not replace your firewall, backup provider, or remote management dashboard. WP Triage answers a narrower question: across the sites you already manage, which ones need attention now and in what order. That keeps the product honest — and keeps your triage list short enough to act on.
WP Triage is built by Mike Beck, an independent full-stack developer based in Whanganui, New Zealand.
He started with WordPress while studying computer science (2006–2009), when WordPress was still around version 2.0. Nearly twenty years later he has built plugins, themes, and well over a hundred WordPress sites — including years of self-employed client work where the queue of “update this next” never matched the time available.
That same multi-site friction led to WP Foundry, his desktop app for managing WordPress installs, and to WP Triage: a focused risk score and fix order so the next action is obvious across a portfolio.
