WP Triage is a WordPress risk scoring and prioritization tool. It monitors WordPress sites, detects vulnerabilities, outdated components, and risky configurations, and produces a single actionable output per site: what to fix first.

It is a decision engine — not a dashboard tool, not a site manager, not a backup tool, and not a firewall.

1. Generate one agent key (`wpa_…`) in WP Triage at /settings/agent
2. Install the Triage Agent Connector plugin on each WordPress site (WordPress.org, or the zip from /settings/agent)
3. Paste the same agent key in Settings → WP Triage on each site
4. Plugin calls POST /api/v1/agent/connect and sends daily snapshots
